DMF Lighting is a fast-growing leader in the lighting industry, and we pride ourselves on producing cutting-edge technologies for professional integrators and home consumers alike. We have an exciting new opportunity for a Sr. Product Validation Engineer.

This role is for an experienced engineer who will combine technical knowledge and strong communication skills to deliver solutions to our customers. You will gain familiarity with DMF's wide array of offerings and leverage your own creativity to make sure that job site requirements are met. As a part of our growing engineering team, you will have enormous potential to learn, innovate, and succeed.

The pay range is $110-140k annually (depending on prior skills, knowledge, and experience).

Location : Carson, CA – On-site

Responsibilities

• Address customization requests for DMF products by designing solutions in CAD, prototyping, and testing
• Anticipate difficulties in production, installation, and usage of DMF products to ensure a flawless customer experience
• Collaborate with point-people across departments and drive decision-making so that projects are pushed to completion
• Model your designs around the basic principles of engineering to meet performance, reliability, cost and quality goals
• Develop workflows and processes to ensure that changes to existing product lines are conducted in a transparent, cost-effective, and reliable way
• Participate in design reviews to future-proof new products and facilitate efficient transfer from concept to mass production
