Essential Job Functions:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Primary scope of position includes but is not limited to:
- Posting of Daily Lockbox
- ACH posting for received machine payments
- Update of Machine Payment Log daily
- Update Machine A/R Files for weekly TC meetings
- Apply deposits and installment payments to 4180 machine invoices
- Send customer checks received in Hoffman Estates to the lockbox
- UCC filings and UCC releases for machine sales
- Oversee portal update process, and work with team members to ensure timely invoice submission, and resolve portal invoice and log-in issues
- Monitor and clear Positive Pay exceptions
- Cash reporting and cash forecasting
- Preparation and update of slides for monthly meetings (SPI/FT)
- Receivables reporting to Japan
- Provide documents requested by EY during quarterly reviews and annual audit
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business-related discipline preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge.
- Good human relations skills, strong verbal and written communication skills required.
- Well-developed problem-solving skills and ability to develop conceptual alternatives.
- Must possess advanced mathematical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet reporting deadlines.
Work Environment:
General office environment will be experienced. There will be periodic exposure to manufacturing environments which may present possible hazards such as noise, electricity, chemicals, heavy equipment, and other automated and manual machinery.
Physical Demands:
Frequent: Sitting at a desk, utilizing computers and phones. Repetitive hand, wrist, arm, and shoulder movements.
Periodic: Standing, walking, bending, and stooping.
Occasional: Lifting, pushing, and pulling objects.
