As part of our strategic growth plans, We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team.
Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities :
In this role, you will support ongoing marketing initiatives while also contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies. Overall responsibilities include managing social media content, updating the website, executing email marketing, coordinating digital and print campaigns, and assisting with event planning. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and a team player with strong storytelling skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities :
- Content Creation : Assist in general content creation including but not limited to blogs, ad copy, marketing collateral and other branding and promotional content.
- Social Media : Assist in managing and maintaining social media accounts across multiple platforms with consistent posting schedules, engaging content and active social listening.
- Graphic Design : Produce, edit and update graphic design content such as flyers, postcards, brochures, booklets, infographics, print materials and more.
- Website Editing : Support website edits and updates, content management and optimization in accordance with SEO and ADA / WCAG best practices.
- Event Planning : Assist in external event and trade show planning prior to and during events, including but not limited to, coordinating with vendors, program scheduling, event set up and networking.
- Analytics & Reporting : Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs with action plans to improve future campaigns, initiatives, and strategies. Continually research and utilize industry data, trends and insights.
- General Support : Support marketing day-to-day operations such as preparing and presenting presentations to management and shareholders, initial outreach, email marketing campaigns, and more.
