Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities :
The Senior Business Development Associate will play a key role in driving the firms business growth by identifying new opportunities, enhancing client relationships, and contributing to strategic planning initiatives. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in sales and client services within the financial sector.
Principal Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition and Retention : Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients while maintaining high satisfaction levels with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Market Analysis : Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and opportunities in the financial services sector. Utilize insights to develop targeted strategies that align with the firm's goals.
- Networking and Relationship Building : Leverage existing networks and participate in industry events in Atlanta and beyond to forge new relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Proposal Development : Craft compelling proposals and presentations that clearly communicate DMG CPAs value proposition to prospective clients.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to ensure that client needs are met and to align business development activities with overall firm strategies.
- Performance Metrics : Meet and strive to exceed annual sales targets established by leadership, providing regular updates and reports on progress.
