OVERVIEW
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for overseeing and fulfilling a customer order from the moment it is placed until the product is delivered. Includes steps like purchase order processing, price and inventory validation, monitoring and communicating the shipping process. Essentially ensuring a seamless customer experience by managing every stage of the order process.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Generate product quotes and clarify product information
- Create customer orders and large project orders accurately and in a timely manner based on customer purchase orders, product descriptions, and job requirements
- Manage customer fulfillment and provide timely resolution for discrepancies
- Clarify sales and corporate policies as needed
- Actively engage in all steps related to successful order fulfillment
- Ability to work in cooperation with others for the benefit of the organization
- Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service by providing accurate order updates and timely delivery
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus but not required
- Experience in Customer Service and Order Fulfillment
- Communicate professionally in both written and verbal forms across multiple platforms
- MS Office proficient
EDUCATION
- College degree is a plus, but not required
- High School diploma
