About the Opportunity
DMI is looking for an RSA Archer Administrator to support an Operations & Maintenance and Enhancements project to support a transit (Rail, Bus, Paratransit, etc.) customer on a high visibility program in the Washington, DC area.
Responsibilities :
Providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge for the continued development of RSA Archer a Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) platform.
- Assisting with the architecture and design of solutions within RSA Archer to either expand upon core applications or develop on-demand applications to meet client requirements.
- Onboarding new users and providing training once they have gained access to the platform.
- Assisting in the development and integration of multiple data feeds of external data into the platform.
- Reviewing import files prior to importing into RSA Archer to ensure data integrity.
- Consistently delivering quality client services and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Developing dashboards for executive leadership and other key stakeholders for on demand reporting and decision making.
- Collaborating with other members of the team to coordinate, plan and deliver client deliverables.
