  • Analyzing current business processes and systems
  • Recommending and implementing process changes to increase efficiency
  • Collaborating with development teams to streamline / automate processes
  • Managing project risks and milestones, with clear communication to senior management
  • Leading training efforts to ensure smooth transitions post-project implementation

    • Qualifications :

  • 5 years of business analysis experience
  • Mortgage industry background (preferably in Originations)
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel, VSTS, and Jira
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
