Collaborating with development teams to streamline / automate processes

Managing project risks and milestones, with clear communication to senior management

Leading training efforts to ensure smooth transitions post-project implementation

Qualifications :

5 years of business analysis experience

Mortgage industry background (preferably in Originations)

Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel, VSTS, and Jira

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
