About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a preferable background in the A/E industry to join our growing team. This role is integral to the firm’s success, providing leadership in accounting and finance operations while collaborating closely with senior management to enhance efficiency and support the firm’s strategic vision.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting functions, including billing, payroll, accounts payable review/approval, and cash reconciliations.
- Supervise time records, PTO tracking, holidays, and employee census.
- Optimize collections processes through review and follow-up.
- Leverage Deltek Vision software to improve efficiency and implement job costing systems.
- Collaborate with CPA to align financial strategies with organizational goals.
Key Projects:
- Improve process implementation and operational efficiencies.
- Maximize the capabilities of Deltek Vision software for enhanced reporting and tracking.
- Assist senior management in identifying cost-saving opportunities and operational improvements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the A/E industry.
- Proficiency with Excel and accounting software
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset

- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
