Day Porter, Janitor, Route Cleaner and On-Call Cleaners
We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Day Porter, Janitor and On-Call Temps to join our team. Team will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility interior and exterior, as needed, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. Their is also a position for a Route Cleaner who is servicing two sites, for a total of 3.5 hours. (mileage paid)
Responsibilities
- Perform general office cleaning(vacuum, dust, remove trash, etc)
- Wipe down breakroom appliances and surfaces
- Service restrooms and restock as needed
- Notify management of any repairs or maintenance issues
Qualifications
-Must speak English or Bi-lingual for Day Porter
- Valid California Drivers License - For Route Cleaners
- Comply with company Insurance Policy requirements - For Route Cleaners
-Experience in facilities maintenance/industrial cleaning
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and custodial duties
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
