What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Worker position at DMS Facility Services?
DMS is looking for dependable, hardworking, safety-oriented individuals to join our team in Arvin, CA.
We have 3rd Shift Available Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6:30am
Pay rate: $16.50 hr.
Description:
- Cleans offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, stairways, and other work areas
- Sweeps, mops, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floor
- Spot cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture
- Dusts furniture and equipment
- Polishes restroom fixtures
- Washes windows, door panels, and sills
- Empties wastebaskets, and empties
- Transports trash and waste to disposal area
- Replenishes bathroom supplies
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- 1 year of Janitorial experience
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Dusting
- Emptying Trash
- Vacuuming
- Mopping Floors
- Cleaning glass (window-doors)
- Restocking & Sanitation
Janitorial experience is a plus.
