We are seeking an Imaging Trailer Maintenance Service Delivery Advisor to manage the ongoing maintenance and service of our mobile medical imaging trailers and ensures their reliable and efficient operations. This position is daytime hours Monday-Friday and is located in our Sioux Falls, South Dakota office.

We are seeking an Imaging Trailer Maintenance Service Delivery Advisor to manage the ongoing maintenance and service of our mobile medical imaging trailers and ensures their reliable and efficient operations. This position is daytime hours Monday-Friday and is located in our Sioux Falls, South Dakota office.
Essential Duties
- Manages the ongoing maintenance and service of mobile medical imaging trailers and ensures their reliable and efficient operation.
- Develops and implements regular preventative maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure timely and efficient service of our mobile imaging trailers.
- Manages repair requests, coordinates with vendors, and oversees the timely completion of repairs.
- Maintains clear communication with relevant stakeholders and service providers, and prepares reports on the trailer's status and performance.
- Optimizes the trailer's performance and availability to minimize downtime.
- Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities and ensures compliance with industry regulations.
- Documents and verifies additional work needed during inspections to establish refurbishment expectations.
- Due to the nature of our business, must be available on call to facilitate service needs outside of the regular scheduled hours. This includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Business travel of less than 25%.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completion of a technical program or certification in trailer maintenance and repair is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in trailer maintenance required.
- Previous medical trailer experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Must be a strong team player and be able to interact professionally with a variety of personalities in stressful and time sensitive situations.
- Experience in managing service contracts and billing.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Class A CDL preferred
- Stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel and crawl
- Climb up and down stairs
- Lift up to 75-100 pounds occasionally
