Maintenance Account Foreman / Gardener
DMS Landscaping is seeking a proactive and compassionate Maintenance Account Foreman / Gardener to join our team in Omaha, NE. As a Maintenance Account Foreman / Gardener, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our clients' lives through the creation and maintenance of beautiful and functional landscapes.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of maintenance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead a team of gardeners, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Perform regular garden maintenance tasks, including but not limited to pruning, fertilizing, watering, and weeding.
- Create and implement customized landscape maintenance plans for each client, considering their specific needs and preferences.
- Monitor plant health and identify and address pest or disease issues.
- Manage and maintain all landscaping equipment, ensuring they are in proper working order.
- Collaborate with clients to address any concerns or issues and provide expert advice on landscape maintenance best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in landscaping techniques.
FINAL COMPENSATION AMOUNT WILL BE BASED OFF OF LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE
