About the Role
As a Pool Service Technician at DMS INC, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing pools throughout the Omaha/Metro NE area. Your primary goal will be to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper functionality of our clients' pools. You will perform various tasks, including:
- Regular pool maintenance, such as cleaning and vacuuming.
- Balancing chemicals and monitoring water quality to ensure a safe swimming environment.
- Repairing and replacing pool equipment, such as pumps and filters, as needed.
- Diagnosing and resolving pool equipment malfunctions.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing clients' questions and concerns.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Prior experience as a Pool Tech is required.
- Knowledge of proper pool maintenance and repair techniques.
- Strong understanding of water chemistry and experience with chemical testing.
- Familiarity with pool equipment and the ability to troubleshoot and repair.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
