Responsibilities:
- Create compelling landscape designs for a variety of projects including residential gardens, commercial properties, and public spaces
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget in order to develop customized design plans
- Utilize CAD software and other design tools to create detailed plans, 3D renderings, and presentations
- Select appropriate plants, materials, and finishes to ensure design integrity and sustainability
- Coordinate and work alongside with construction teams to ensure seamless implementation of design plans
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in landscape design
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
FINAL COMPENSATION AMOUNT WILL BE BASED OFF OF LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape design, preferably in a design/build format where you are designing and building out your design
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong knowledge of plant materials, hardscapes, and irrigation systems
- Ability to operate skidsteer, excavator and other heavy machinery to carry out the job
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license
