We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business cum Data Analyst to join our Master data Management Team in Corporate BU. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of master data in banking industry, with strong capabilities in requirements gathering, requirements analysis, and a solid grasp of Agile methodologies.
Contractor's Role :
Strong written and confident verbal communication skills are a must for requirements gathering and documentation from business and tech partners. Ability to own the requirements life cycle from elicitation through agile tech review process with minimum oversight required.
Experience Level : 3
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business / Data Analyst, preferably within an master data management space in banking industry.Proficient in Azure DevOps, Power BI, Oracle SQL and Confluence and reporting in that skillStrong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to apply them in project management.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically. Should be able to connect data from multiple systems, analyze them and infer business relationshipsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Detail-oriented with a commitment to high quality and accuracy.Nice to Haves :
Previous FS experience. Party and Account data domain knowledgeTasks & Responsibilities :
Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, ensuring clear understanding and documentation.Analyze and prioritize requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications.Utilize Azure DevOps for project tracking, documentation, and management, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of infrastructure projects.Apply Agile methodologies to streamline project delivery, adapting processes to meet project timelines and deliverables.Conduct detailed problem-solving to address and resolve project hurdles, employing innovative solutions to meet business objectives.Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirement specifications, process diagrams, and user guides.Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress.Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to processes and systems to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.If you are interested, please share your updated resume and suggest the best number & time to connect with you.
