Key Responsibilities:
-Assess & optimize IBM i environments, identifying software delivery bottlenecks
-Develop & execute a modernization roadmap with automation, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code
-Leverage marketplace innovations to improve developer productivity & reduce cycle times
-Optimize performance & costs while ensuring system stability and scalability
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to align strategies with business objectives

Must-Have Qualifications:
-Deep expertise in IBM i (AS/400) systems-LPARs, IFS, DB2/SQL, MQ, and middleware
-Strong performance analysis skills (Job Watcher, SQL Performance tools, ACS)
-Hands-on experience with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD automation, and version control
-Proven track record in leading IT transformation & stakeholder engagement
-Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical and business needs
