Position : Senior Payroll Consultant (Hybrid)
Location : Austin, TX || Need locals
Duration : 6 Months
Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Payroll Consultant with 5 years of payroll experience including 3 years of experience with ADP Workforce Now. Consultant will support our client's payroll processing for approximately 2,000 employees, including pay changes and data validations as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Work independently to reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure payroll processing occurs in a timely manner
- Record all payroll journal & benefit entries, calculate and record Incentive Accruals
- Reconcile payroll general ledger accounts on a monthly basis
- Support data mapping from ADP general ledger interface to SAP
- Understand multi-state tax jurisdictions
- Maintain ADP WFN HRIS System validation tables, system security, time & attendance, payroll codes
- Calculate Incentive Accruals, pro-rated pay, and PTO payouts
- Perform audits on employee data
- Create custom reports in ADP as needed
- Respond promptly and courteously to all inquiries from employees and management
- Maintain employee records / information on an ongoing basis while maintaining confidentiality and protecting payroll data
