Job Title: Executive Assistant & Office Manager
Location: In-Person at DMV Foundation Solutions 4307 Wheeler Ave, Alexandria, VA 22304
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date: Mid to Late April
Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits

Executive Support
- Manage President’s inbox and calendar
- Organize receipts, track timesheets, and assist with tasks that save him time
Customer & Lead Management
- Answer inbound calls and track communications in our CRM
- Schedule consultations and update clients on job progress
- Send deposit invoices and follow-up with pending jobs
- Request online reviews and thank-you cards after job completion
Job Coordination
- Process utility locate tickets
- Coordinate job start dates with crews and clients
- Help keep job and billing records updated and accurate
Reporting & Data Tracking
- Maintain weekly reports on marketing spend, production, closing rates, reviews, etc.
- 2 years experience in admin, operations, or customer service (home services industry is a bonus)
- Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Gmail, Google Sheets, Excel and basic CRM systems
- Comfortable on the phone and talking to clients and vendors
- Able to work independently with little hand-holding
- Spanish-speaking a plus (but not required)
