Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Application Database Administrator - Oracle Enterprise Applications with strong experience in Axiom to join our team. This role involves managing and maintaining Oracle Enterprise Applications, ensuring performance, security, and availability, as well as configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting Axiom and related application components onsite in Phoenix.
- Manage and maintain Oracle Enterprise Applications, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Axiom and related application components.
- Create and manage workflows within Oracle applications.
- Perform report configuration, scripting, and testing, including validation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Assist in relational and dimensional data modeling tasks within Oracle databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Oracle applications.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle database and application issues.
- Optimize database performance and recommend improvements based on analysis.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Oracle Database (DB), Oracle PL/SQL, and relational/dimensional modeling.
- Proficiency in Axiom, including report configuration and scripting.
- Expertise in workflow creation and management.
- Solid understanding of database performance tuning and optimization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve database and application issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Applications and Oracle databases.
- Proven experience with Axiom, report configuration, scripting, and workflow creation.
- Experience with report testing and validation in a complex environment.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
