Job Overview:
We are seeking Business Analyst to join our client’s IT team, which is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining massively scaling technology solutions. This role focuses on leveraging IT resources to solve business needs and problems through the development of high-performing and large-volume integration applications using the Agile method.
Requirements
- Work on one or more moderate to complex projects.
- Provide direction, tools, and process support to less senior employees.
- Coordinate testing activities between all end-user channels (dotcom/mobile/etc.) and the integration platform.
- Assist in planning and designing solutions via requirements gathering.
- Create simple workflow models and process maps based on input from multiple sources.
- Lead meetings with Technology and Business Partners to gather needs and requirements.
- Analyze efficiencies and effectiveness of current solutions and align processes/procedures to best practice solutions.
- Document training programs and knowledge articles.
- Ensure issues are tracked and resolved, providing activity updates and documenting changes to business workflows and processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- 2-5 years of IT and/or business experience, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training.
- Strong communication skills, capable of successful formal and informal communication.
- Demonstrates integrity and trustworthiness.
- Excellent teamwork capabilities.
- Technical expertise in current technical/functional area, with up-to-date knowledge on technical developments.
