Job Overview:
The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in our product teams, focusing on iterative delivery approaches to continuously identify and define requirements. This position involves close collaboration with business users, technology teams, and leadership within an Agile environment to deliver highly visible and valuable customer-facing digital products.
- Develop scope and high-level requirements, creating detailed user stories for development and QA teams in each sprint.
- Manage story backlogs to ensure readiness for upcoming sprints.
- Facilitate Agile rituals such as inception, iteration planning, and story kickoffs.
- Craft clear, concise, and actionable acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with UX analysts to ensure prototypes accurately convey story intent.
- Analyze data to align features with product goals and maximize business value.
- Identify and drive opportunities for improvement across products, processes, and teams.
- Mentor and enhance the skills of other Business Analysts within the organization.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in E-commerce.
- 1-2 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- An undergraduate degree is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a robust understanding of Agile concepts.
- Ability to quickly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
