Your efforts will focus on defining requirements for managing flight attendant records, operational metrics, compliance tracking, and performance data to streamline workflows and boost operational efficiency. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver features that improve flight attendant operations and overall service quality.RequirementsKey Responsibilities : Business Insights and Analysis Analyze complex FA performance, attendance, training records, and compliance data. Identify trends, pinpoint challenges, and suggest improvements based on FA data and operational metrics. Use predictive analytics to forecast staffing needs and advise on potential business impacts and changes. Tool Proficiency Utilize tools such as Power BI, Kibana, and UDH for data gathering, analysis, and visualization to support data-driven decisions. Collaboration with Stakeholders Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories for development and QA teams. Ensure alignment of FA record management systems with broader company objectives, enhancing efficiency and compliance. Project Management and Methodology Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) to prioritize and manage digital projects focusing on FA record management. Presentation and Reporting Prepare and present reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations to optimize FA performance and compliance. Create clear and insightful visualizations for decision-making processes. Collaboration with Developers Coordinate with developers to align FA records management systems with technical roadmaps and business strategies. Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, promoting effective implementation and continual improvement of FA data systems. Experience : Minimum 6 years in an airline business analysis role, focusing on employee records or operational data management.Skills & Knowledge : Expertise in business analysis, operational records systems, and Agile project management. Proficiency with data analysis tools like Power BI, Kibana, and UDH. Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
