Job Overview:
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be instrumental in deploying and managing advanced cybersecurity technologies. This role requires a proactive, highly motivated individual familiar with various cybersecurity tools and capable of working in dynamic environments.
- Implement and manage new deployments of cybersecurity technologies like CyberArk, Tenable, and others.
- Upgrade existing infrastructure to support application and cybersecurity advancements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors on technology deployment.
- Configure and set up systems for optimal cybersecurity.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials.
- Patch and maintain various cybersecurity technologies.
- Provide off-hours, on-call support and be flexible with work hours to respond to emergencies or scheduled tasks outside normal business hours.
- Travel to various company locations as required.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience working in cybersecurity roles or functions.
- Strong familiarity with deploying and managing cybersecurity technologies.
- Ability to lift/transport server equipment as needed.
- Availability to work overtime and adjust work hours for emergency responses.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to company locations.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of producing detailed design and procedural documentation.
- Must pass NERC CIP Personnel Risk Assessment background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Trend Micro Deep Security or other Anti-Virus solutions.
- Proficiency in scripting languages, particularly PowerShell.
- Experience with RSA Secure ID and Splunk.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
