Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager with extensive experience in product management and delivery to contribute to the co-creation of Product Vision and Strategy aligned with our portfolio goals. The ideal candidate will utilize technical knowledge and communication skills to drive product development and ensure successful product releases.
- Contribute to the development of Product Vision and Strategy that aligns with portfolio goals.
- Utilize technical knowledge in A/B testing, product architecture, continuous deployment processes, DevOps practices, data models, analytics, querying languages, and automation tools to support product services.
- Regularly communicate OKRs, product roadmap, planned development, upcoming releases, and areas requiring leadership’s attention.
- Coordinate with other Product team members to manage product dependencies and deliver increments of value.
- Perform continuous product discovery to offer solutions that align with Product OKRs.
- Use data for defining baselines, measuring outcomes, sharing insights, and ordering backlog items.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking, present new technologies/solutions, and identify unmet/underserved needs.
- Define and maintain a healthy product backlog in adherence to organizational standards.
- Collaborate with UX, Technology, Vendors, Risk, Compliance, and Security teams to ensure product success.
- Influence leaders, squads, and peers on product strategy, roadmap items, OKRs, and upcoming releases.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3 years of experience in Product Management/Delivery or 5 years of relevant work experience without a degree.
- Strong foundational knowledge in the product domain, including business models, constraints, regulations, and user experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience determining Product Market Fit and defining a Go-to-Market strategy.
- Demonstrated familiarity with Agile Product Management tools.
Skills, Licenses & Certifications:
- Relevant certifications in Product Management/Product Delivery.
- Proven ability to practice agility in discovering and continuously delivering value.
