Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager proficient in Jira and Confluence to support our Tech Mod strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in IT and cloud-based projects, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Facilitate meetings, track project updates, and manage documentation using Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project management and facilitation within the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical product/program management or similar technical roles.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence is mandatory.
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments is highly desirable.
- Strong familiarity with IT and cloud-based projects, with a broad understanding of IT concepts and operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
