Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect DECAL specializing in Salesforce, skilled in integrating with state platforms, particularly Georgia's Integrated Eligibility System (IES) Gateway. This role involves designing and implementing solutions that enhance data interoperability and streamline grant management and financial reporting processes.
- IES Gateway Integration: Design and implement solutions integrating Salesforce with the IES Gateway.
- Solution Architecture: Develop Salesforce solutions optimizing IES Gateway for grant management.
- System Integration: Establish secure data flows using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Technical Leadership: Lead development teams, ensuring compliance with Salesforce and government standards.
- Compliance & Security: Meet security requirements and implement data protection measures.
- Business Collaboration: Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of integration setups and protocols.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: 7 years in Salesforce architecture, with at least 2 years in government system integrations.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Salesforce integration patterns, API design, and integration technologies such as MuleSoft.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong project management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices for Salesforce.
