Job Purpose:
The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining our UKG ProWFM systems, focusing on the Timekeeper, Accruals, and Activities modules. This role demands a seasoned professional capable of leading cross-functional workshops, documenting business requirements, and delivering high-impact solutions in workforce and timekeeping systems management.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for UKG ProWFM systems, particularly the Timekeeper, Accruals, and Activities modules.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Lead workshops and sessions to capture and validate functional and technical requirements.
- Develop business cases and provide actionable recommendations to optimize workforce system processes.
- Collaborate with project managers to define testing and implementation plans, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
- Utilize JIRA for backlog management, issue tracking, and test case documentation; create custom workflows as necessary.
- Partner with business users to define acceptance criteria and ensure all testing aligns with these requirements.
- Create and maintain process maps, workflows, and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs).
- Conduct regression and interface testing, focusing on integrations with SAP, Maximo, and other enterprise tools.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Support the adoption of new tools and processes by influencing business stakeholders and providing training or documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with UKG ProWFM systems, including hands-on experience in the Timekeeper, Accruals, and Activities modules.
- Strong background in Scrum/Agile methodologies, testing, and quality assurance.
- Experience with system integrations, particularly with platforms like SAP and Maximo.
Technical Skills and Qualifications:
- Expertise in JIRA for project and issue management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional workshops.
- Proficiency in creating detailed business analysis documentation and workflows.
- Knowledge of business process improvement techniques and strategies.
