Key Responsibilities
- Assist client Architects to comprehend objectives, generate solutions, proof of concept the solution, generate recommendations, and then implement the decisions.
- Design, implement, and manage technology-based business solutions based on Cloud Services, specifically focusing on the Microsoft Azure environment and supporting a multi-cloud hosting solution.
- Provide strategic and architectural support representing Design Services and the State of Michigan Cloud Strategy as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Identify and prioritize critical business functions in collaboration with organizational stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships across organizational teams.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in designing and developing dynamic Cloud solutions and moving parts involved in continuous integration and delivery.
- Solid knowledge of concepts and moving parts involved in continuous integration and delivery.
- Guidance to development teams regarding infrastructure.
- Cloud Architecting for cloud infrastructure.
- Create, maintain, and troubleshooting skills for cloud infrastructure.
- Highly desirable: experience with servers, infrastructure, platform sizing, infrastructure cost reduction, cloud security, chaos engineering.
