Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SQL DBA skilled in SQL Server databases, SQL Clustering, T-SQL, SSRS, and PowerBI. This role involves maintaining data processes, developing reports and dashboards, optimizing database performance, and collaborating closely with Business Analysis and Applications Development Teams.
- Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server Clusters and PowerBI Report Server.
- Monitor and optimize SQL performance.
- Develop complex data extracts, applications, reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc queries using T-SQL.
- Collaborate with business analysts and customers to refine requirements and ensure data quality.
- Participate in system analysis, application design, and problem resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation in BI solutions and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, and PowerBI.
- Proficient in T-SQL and development of stored procedures.
- Strong experience in report writing with SSRS and dashboard development in PowerBI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment using JIRA.
Desirable Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of data access performance tuning and database performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Case Management or Justice System data is a plus.
