Job Overview:
We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our team. This role involves assisting the OIT in the oversight, management, troubleshooting, and execution of cloud services and platforms to support infrastructure, applications, data, and other business needs. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our cloud service capabilities, ensuring robust system performance, and maintaining high security and compliance standards.
- Provide advanced technical lead developer role for Salesforce platform.
- Implement technical solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, focusing on licensing and permitting.
- Assess and provide secure, high-performance technical solutions on the Force.com platform.
- Implement and manage technical development solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems.
- Custom development using APEX, Force.com, Java, Salesforce Flow Builder, Visual Flow Pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com programs: data modeling, data migrations, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and AppExchange products.
- Define and manage technical change management processes for Salesforce-related technology efforts.
- Experience with middleware and API management, IT service automation tools, and batch job services.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Public Sector Foundation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Azure, and experience with other cloud providers like AWS or GCP.
- Strong professional experience in the administration of Microsoft software.
- Extensive IT work experience in infrastructure/network environments in systems operations, support, maintenance, and administration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in Salesforce and cloud technologies.
- Experience with CICD/Release Management and data recovery using OwnBackup.
