Bus Aide

Position: Bus Aide
Location: Westville, NJ
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 9:30 AM (Morning Run) & 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM (Afternoon Run)
Compensation: $800.00 bi-weekly

Independent Contractor position, 1099 hire

About Us:
DMW Brothers Dispatch is dedicated to providing safe and reliable transportation for individuals diagnosed with intellectual disabilities. We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Bus Aide to support our drivers and assist passengers during their daily commutes to and from their day programs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with boarding and exiting the vehicle safely.
• Provide supervision and support during transport to ensure a comfortable and secure ride.
• Communicate effectively with passengers and address their needs as required.
• Monitor passenger behavior and follow safety protocols to maintain a positive environment.
• Collaborate with the driver to ensure timely and efficient transportation.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Ability to provide compassionate care and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from the depot for scheduled shifts.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
