We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and invoicing as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Support administrative functions including typing correspondence, reports, and other documents using Google Suite and Office applications.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to file documents accurately and maintain organized records.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Familiarity with computerized phone systems is beneficial.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
