Known for its close-knit, collaborative culture and deep expertise in market access and patient engagement, the agency partners with leading brands to craft meaningful, compliant communications that drive results.
We're searching for an experienced Art Director with strong visual storytelling skills and a passion for healthcare marketing. In this role, you'll partner closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to create impactful communications focused on patient support and managed markets.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Concept and execute design solutions across multiple formats including print, digital, PowerPoint, and video.
- Ensure all creative work meets brand standards, communicates clearly, and aligns with healthcare regulations.
- Lead the visual development of projects from start to finish, maintaining both creative integrity and production timelines.
- Work with account teams and clients to understand objectives and deliver thoughtful, effective design responses.
- Present your work clearly and confidently to both internal teams and clients.
- Take feedback constructively and apply it with professionalism and flexibility.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration and excellence, offering guidance to junior team members when needed.
- Turn complex information and data into clean, visually engaging graphics.
- Assist with front-end digital work such as emails, banners, and landing pages where needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in pharma communications within a healthcare advertising agency setting (market access experience is desirable).
- Ability to think conceptually and execute with precision and consistency.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Figma, After Effects, Articulate Storyline, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Bachelor's degree.
