RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the marketing team, cross-departmental teams and agency partners to produce multimedia content marketing assets supporting multiple brands that ensure consistent quality and are aligned with each brand’s style.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to design, edit and execute conceptually strong multimedia content across multiple channels, including print, digital, video, audio, social and retail point of sale.
- Drive the creative process from ideation to execution, balancing speed with quality.
- Organize and manage all content assets and equipment.
- Possess the ability to effectively use camera equipment to capture photo and video content.
- Create and integrate motion graphics and animations into video and multimedia content as required.
- Review product-ready materials with creative leads. Publish content to communications channels, such as YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.
- Stay on top of video trends as well as what’s landing with our audiences, as you continuously refine storytelling, editing styles, and creative approaches.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 years of experience developing content using a variety of media.
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional multimedia work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud graphic design applications: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud video and audio production applications: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition.
- Experience in animation, motion graphics and video editing.
- Knowledge of file formats, codecs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to work collaboratively with the team.
- A meticulous eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by DNA, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Salary Range $65,000 - $70,000 with Annual Bonus based upon company and personal metrics.
