We are looking for aWarehouse Facility Manager for our warehouse. Successful candidate will have the ability to manage, encourage, train and bring out the best in his/her team. They will have the ability to maintain high standards for themselves and those they oversee as well as the operation. Candidate will also be able to communicate clearly and professionally with senior management, client and staff.

Compensation: $65,000 per year
Schedule: 50-55 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire operation across all shifts (AM/MID/PM), ensuring seamless execution and efficiency.

• Leverage 2 years of warehouse management experience to drive operational excellence.

• Lead, coach, and develop both leadership teams and frontline associates to foster a high-performance culture.

• Exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

• Optimize labor efficiency, monitor overtime, and ensure accurate timekeeping.

• Stay fully trained and knowledgeable on all operational expectations, ensuring compliance and excellence at all levels.

• Lead by example, demonstrating strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.

• Maintain clear, timely, and professional email communication to support smooth operations.
• Take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges before they impact the operation.
