Position Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Electrical Foreman to lead low-voltage installation projects. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for installing, managing, and ensuring the successful completion of fire alarm and low-voltage systems. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced in commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Lead all aspects of the project from planning to completion.
Installation & Supervision: Install low-voltage electrical systems while overseeing a team of technicians and subcontractors.
Resource Allocation: Ensure efficient use of manpower, materials, and equipment. Quality & Compliance: Maintain high workmanship standards, adhering to blueprints, specifications, and codes.
Communication & Coordination: Work directly with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and customers.
Reporting & Documentation: Complete daily progress reports and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Physical Requirements

Comfortable working at heights. Capable of climbing ladders.

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing & Certifications:
Valid driver's license
Ohio Fire Alarm License (required)
OSHA 30 Certification
First Aide CPR Certified
NICET Il or BICSI Il (preferred)
Technical Skills:
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Proficiency in installing and maintaining low-voltage systems.

Work Schedule
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour days, day shift
