You Will
• Develop a schedule to assess training needs. • Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership. • Track and compile collected data. • Conceptualize training materials based on data. • Communicate training needs and resources. • Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials. • Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology. • Test and review created materials. • Maintain a database of all training materials. • Instruct employee training and onboarding. • Conduct training through new materials. • Review employee performance and learning. • Identify and utilize best training methods and materials to include computer-based training and instructor-led training. • Serve as training material custodian. Revises material based on trends and lessons learned to maintain operational safety, procedural and regulatory requirements. • Works with station management to provide support in meeting corporate training improvements and standards. • Performs related duties as assigned. • Can meet the Station’s attendance standards.

Experience with Lufthansa ALTEA system preferred
Experience with training in general aviation, commercial aviation, preffered
Possess/maintain a FAA/Airport required identification/seals or authorizations. Effective communication skills – directly and leading virtually Demonstrate proficiency in delivering effective training material Organizational skills to manage priorities and competing deadlines Ability to work independently, lead by example and demonstrate good interpersonal skills Solid computer skills, familiar with software applications Decisiveness, attention to detail, able to influence, engage and motivate at all levels
