We are ready to add full time Commercial Electrical Foreman/Leads to oversee our team. We need driven planners with the expertise, leadership and ability to coordinate a cohesive crew.
Job Summary:
We are currently looking for Electrical Foreman/Leads with previous and/or current supervisory commercial experience to assist our Project Managers and oversee our crews with the installation and completion of various Commercial Electrical Projects.
Job Duties:
- Communicate with Project Managers and coordinate milestones to meet and/or exceed deadlines on projects
- Willing to work tools and be hands on with crew to get the job done
- Able to monitor and report job progress
- Maintain and manage crews of up to 12 Electricians and Electrician Helpers
- Ability to plan ahead for weekly jobs read blueprints and numerous project plans, run conduit, wire and terminate devices
- Working knowledge of electrical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot existing electrical systems
- Valid SC driver’s license with a clean driving record
Qualifications:
- Commercial Electrical Superintendent/Supervisor Experience (Minimum 5 years)
Physical Requirements:
- Travel to and from job sites with reliable transportation
- Able to lift, push, pull, carry heavy objects and climb step ladders
- Work indoors and outdoors occasionally working in cramped spaces
