Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Screen Printer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic background and a passion for print design. As a Screen Printer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality printed materials, ensuring that each project meets our standards of excellence. You will work closely with our design team to bring concepts to life through various printing techniques.

Duties

• Operate screen printing equipment to produce designs on various substrates, including textiles and paper.
• Collaborate with designers to understand project specifications and ensure accurate reproduction of artwork.
• Prepare screens by coating them with emulsion and exposing them to light for image transfer.
• Mix inks to achieve desired colors and consistency for printing.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the printing process to maintain high standards.
• Maintain and clean printing equipment and work area to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to enhance skills and improve production quality.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience in photography, web design, or fashion design is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a passion for visual arts and design.
• Previous experience in screen printing or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
