As we expand, we are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to oversee daily operations, maintain client relationships, and ensure service quality.
Position Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing multiple client accounts, leading cleaning teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for schools and office clients, conducting routine site visits, managing schedules, and addressing operational concerns. This is a new position in our company, making it a great opportunity to help shape and improve our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple cleaning teams and ensure they meet company standards.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients (mainly school districts and office buildings).
- Conduct routine site visits and quality inspections.
- Address client concerns and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage scheduling, minor operational issues, and daily job assignments.
- Assist with hiring, training and onboarding new employees.
- Report updates, challenges, and customer feedback to the Director of Services.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with Team Leads to resolve performance issues and maintain high service standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in operations, facility management, or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish) to effectively communicate with all team members and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
- Proficiency in Connecteam or similar employee management software is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
