Job Description

As a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technician at DNC Facility Services, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for our clients. We value individuals who take pride in their work and are able to adhere to established cleaning protocols with minimal supervision.

Compensation

Training pay begins at $12 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting various surfaces.
• Ensure cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and other high-traffic areas, positively impacting client spaces.
• Manage waste disposal efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain equipment to ensure efficiency in operations.
• Adhere to safety and cleaning protocols consistently, prioritizing safety in the workplace.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or security concerns to management promptly.
• Comply with specific client cleaning requirements and work diligently to meet set timeframes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory. Your willingness to learn is what counts!
• A smartphone is required for communication and scheduling purposes.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.>
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management are essential for success in this role.
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. to perform cleaning tasks.
• Reliable transportation to various job sites is essential.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by client needs.
