What are the responsibilities and job description for the Management Analyst- 540035 position at DNI (Delaware Nation Industries)?
These positions are located in the Office of the Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Antisemitism (J/SEAS). The Management Analyst will support J/SEAS in many areas, including by relaying information that has a broad impact on office operations, and are responsible for maintaining appropriate and clear channels of guidance and communication throughout the Department of State, high caliber administrative support, and effective task management. The Management Analyst support J/SEAS personnel.
Requirements
Monitor and review all incoming and outgoing correspondence/action and determine the proper action to be taken;
Forward assignments to appropriate team members;
Apply editorial skills and knowledge in proofreading, and edit completed work to ensure that the proper clearances and coordination have been obtained and completed assignments meet objectives;
Assist with public affairs functions, such as tracking press and other public-facing inquiries and requests, responding to requests, media monitoring, preparing remarks and talking points, obtaining clearances, social media, and developing public affairs strategies;
Apply overall knowledge of the office functions to screen and route material of a special interest or sensitive nature directly to the Special Envoy, Deputy Special Envoy, and/or Chief of Staff, when appropriate;
Assist with data entry for required performance documents for staff via the applicable performance management system(s);
Keep office phone lists, safe combination information, and other internal information up to date and distributed, as necessary;
Manage security requirements for the office and ensure all applicable security protocols are met and observed;
Escorting visitors as necessary within the building;
Assist in creation of briefing books for the Special Envoy and others for travel and other engagements, and photocopy and fax documents, as necessary;
Track travel and office expenses, as needed;
Maintain business contact lists (e.g., by scanning business cards and maintaining database of contacts);
Assist in developing and maintaining the office SharePoint, website,
Assist with special projects;
Assist with maintaining office calendars, scheduling meetings, time and attendance, arranging travel, obtaining visas, making reservations, uploading receipts, submitting vouchers, procuring office supplies, and making maintenance requests;
Monitor, analyze, recommend, and take action on antisemitism issues within specified regional and functional portfolios;
Liaise with Department stakeholders, posts, and external interlocutors;
Draft and clear briefing papers, remarks, talking points, scenarios, background papers, ;
Review relevant portions of the Human Rights and International Religious Freedom Reports;
Plan events and trips;
Monitor and report on key developments related to antisemitism;
As needed, assist with public affairs
