What are the responsibilities and job description for the Systems Analyst I position at DNI (Delaware Nation Industries)?
AFRL plans and executes USAF programs in the areas of basic research, exploratory development, and advanced development. Delaware Nation Industries is currently providing organizational support to the AFRL RQ at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. This support includes tasks to ensure an effective Information Management concept and structure that fosters timely deployment and optimal operation of Information Systems to support the research of the AFRL mission.
Duties require a broad knowledge of data sources, data flow, system interactions, advanced computer equipment and software applications, and advanced systems design techniques to develop solutions to unique or standard problems.

- Answers Customer phone calls, emails and support walk-in customers.
- Troubleshoot computer hardware issues.
- Perform system backups and recovery.
- Image Desktop and Laptop computers on newest NIPRnet SDC image.
- Image Desktop and Laptop computers on DREN.
- Occasional imaging of stand-alone computers.
- Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity.
- Minimum active Secret clearance
- Active CompTIA Security (or 8570 equivalent)
- Minimum 8 years of direct experience
