The Web Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of DAF365 tools, SharePoint, and other authorized websites (e.g., AF Portal, Intelink). This role requires a deep understanding of SharePoint administration, web development, and DAF365 applications, as well as strong customer service skills. The Web Administrator will develop, maintain, and support web-based solutions, ensuring compliance with USAF policies and design standards.
This individual will administer and maintain websites, develop web pages and applications, manage content, conduct security audits, and provide end-user support for DAF365 and other web-based tools. They will also assist with website and application migrations, manage user access, and develop APIs. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing web-based systems and excellent technical skills.
Equipment/Systems
This position requires frequent use of computers, web development tools, SharePoint, DAF365 applications, and other related software. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint Designer, and other web development platforms is essential.

Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in web application administration and development.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint administration, DAF365 (Microsoft 365) tools, web content management, and UX/UI skills.
- Knowledge of web security best practices and secure code development standards.
- Security or equivalent DoD 8140 certification.
- Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience supporting government customers.
- Requires active Secret clearance from the U.S. Government
