Job Title: Project Scheduler
Location: Texas (Onsite)

Industry : Oil & Gas/Utilities/DOE (Department of Energy)/Aerospace/Defense sectors
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in project scheduling, with a focus on large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Expertise in Primavera P6, with extensive hands-on experience creating and maintaining complex project schedules.
- Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), including the ability to calculate key metrics such as Cost Performance Index (CPI) and Schedule Performance Index (SPI).
- Proficiency in the Critical Path Method (CPM) and experience managing project timelines effectively.
- Strong experience in scheduling for Oil & Gas, Utilities, DOE, and Aerospace/Defense sectors, with a deep understanding of industry-specific requirements and challenges.
- Solid understanding of project management principles, project controls, and construction processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and liaising with clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex scheduling data clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
