As a Part Time Office Assistant, you will provide office support and administration functions for office staff. You will assist our Front Desk Administrator with the busy front desk office operations with a sense of urgency. This position requires someone with the ability to work under pressure and maintain excellent organizational skills What we need is a forward thinker with a goal of achieving excellence. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Backup Front Office Reception
• Answering high volume phone calls
• Maintain Lobby and other common space areas
• Support Office Staff
• Support Operations/Field Staff
• Copying and binding
• Copy reports for Weekly production
• Assist with scheduling delivery or pickup of office documents
• Perform work related errands as requested
• Mail pickup, sorting and processing
• Prepare outgoing mail, UPS, FedEx, including overnight delivery

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, scanners, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This would require the ability to climb ladders, bend or stand on a stool, lift files and boxes up to 50 pounds, stock shelves, move furniture, assemble cubicle stations, and other physical work inside or outside the office buildings.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position. Standard office hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 1 p.m. subject to change depending on work load.
Required Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent, advanced degree a plus
• A minimum of three (3) years of office administration experience
• Fully bi-lingual in English and Spanish
• Strong computer skills including MS Office
• Construction company experience a plus
