About the role
DNV Healthcare is seeking to fill the role of Administrative Support - Certifications. This position is based out of our DNV office in Katy, Texas (Houston, Texas area).
The Administrative Support candidate in Certifications shall support the operations of DNV Healthcare within this functional description and other instructions/directives of DNV Leadership. This is an in-office position.
This is a full time, Monday to Friday in-the-office position, based out of the Katy, Texas office.
What You'll Do
- Ensure that the work is performed in accordance with the quality requirements of the activities, the instructions of DNV HC management and the procedures governing the activities.
- Attend meetings, document & transcribe meeting minutes as required
- Track action items & deadlines within Microsoft data base
- Processing of Certification Survey Reports
- Interact with healthcare surveyors
- Manage internal team member competencies.
- Support external customer satisfaction survey project.
- Supporting managers with the Independent Contractor process.
- Manage the document control platform (TEAMS SharePoint).
- Computer, Admin, Phone and Mail support for DNV Healthcare as a whole.
- Other duties assigned by appropriate management

About you
What is Required
- Associate Degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar administrative role.
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS, SharePoint, etc.)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate well with a diverse audience and varying environments.
- Strong conflict management and problem-solving skills, excellent analytical skills, ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive matters, policies, and information
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload, adapt to changes/demands, conduct research as needed, and accountable for work product to ensure deadlines are achieved.
