About the role
Marketing Communications Manager (Americas) - ASC We are looking for a Marketing Manager (Americas) to play a key role in DNV Supply Chain & Product Assurance (SCPA) divisions marketing and communications activities for region Americas, with a focus on the DNV healthcare vertical. This position will be located in our Houston, Texas office.
The SCPA Marketing & Communications unit is tasked with supporting our organization in driving the industry transition towards a digital, efficient, and eco-friendly future; through broadening our reputation as a thought leader and supporting revenue generation.
To achieve this goal, it will be important to implement an existing strategy on a global, regional, and local scale. The Marketing Communications Manager (Americas) will be responsible for executing a localized strategic plan, which will include both external and internal communications; event marketing, pr and media relations, and effective digital marketing programs. Reporting to Head of Regional Marketing and Communications, Americas in the Supply Chain and Product Assurance business area, the Marketing Communications Manager (Americas) will work hand in hand with our healthcare service area counterparts to execute on a robust go to market strategy within the healthcare sector, which comes with predefined requirements, goals, and KPIs for 2025-26.
We are looking for an ambitious, creative and customer driven individual to lift our regional marketing communication activities relating to healthcare to the next level. As part of a global and regional team, the candidate will be a vital contributor; this role needs a self-driven, natural team player who loves to work in an international, dynamic, and agile environment. This position is remote but based out of Houston DNV office. The Marketing Manager (Americas) will have a range of responsibilities, including:
What You ll Do
- Act as a professional advisor to the healthcare business on a day-to-day basis, proactively reaching out to business managers, experts, and consultants.
- Translate complex business strategies and tactics into integrated marketing and communications programs, ensuring implementation and measurement based on SMART targets.
- Work with healthcare experts to create and maintain effective tools and materials such as fact sheets, case studies, blog posts, op-eds, presentations, product/service overviews, and other collateral.
- Proactively build relationships with local media, initiate and write press releases, and drive media campaigns.
- Manage social media activity for the region to create higher brand awareness, thought leadership, improved relations, and lead generation.
- Develop and execute an event program to support the business at both regional and global levels.
- Ensure regional webpages are updated and relevant.
- Support the business with stakeholder relations and issue management.
- Aid regular cadence of comprehensive reporting on campaign outcomes for regional business leadership
- Drive internal brand engagement by educating employees and managers on the brand, key business successes, and market opportunities, while fostering a network of brand ambassadors

About you
What is Required
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar field
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in a B2B business environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge of applied marketing in world of healthcare services and regulation.
- Experience of working in a complex, multinational environment would be beneficial
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with marketing automation, SEO, Google Analytics, and Oracle Eloqua marketing automation suite, or a comparable alternative platform
- Experience of preparing short-form content for social media and delivering hybrid customer events
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of an international, virtual team
- Experience of working within professional services with a focus on healthcare or medical would be an advantage Personal qualities
