Responsibilities:
- Transporting meals, meal carts, and any equipment needed between the DO & CO facilities, third-party vendors, and the airport.
- Load/unload aircraft according to DO & CO airline regulations, specifications, and equipment handling.
- Ensure flights are always catered for correctly.
- Cater to DO & CO’s client’s airlines, handle airlines equipment expeditiously and safely.
- Ensure all vehicles are maintained in full working condition (including fueling and pre/post checks) and report any vehicle irregularities to dispatch immediately.
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations and all applicable rules/regulations.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a CDL driver.
- Valid commercial driver license type A or B.
- Airbrake endorsement required.
- Comfortable to be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noise.
- Ability to perform duties both indoors and outdoors and in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, move products, equipment and supplies up to seventy-five (75) pounds.
- Ability to work at heights of up to 20-25 feet.
- Ability to regularly stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts of 8 hours.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- High school diploma preferred.
