Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the movement, distribution, and maintenance of equipment and supplies within L ogistics U nit .
  • Ensure timely delivery and proper management of stock.
  • Monitor the flow of goods to ensure they are distributed to the appropriate destinations and meet operational demands.
  • Organize and track logistics operations, including route planning and inventory management, ensuring the quality and quantity of goods meet company standards.
  • Work closely with team members to identify and resolve warehouse issues, ensuring smooth operations and efficient problem-solving.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the Logistics Unit staff, including monitoring attendance, ensuring productivity, and making sure all tasks are completed as per the schedule.
  • Facilitate smooth communication and coordination between the Logistics Unit and other departments, including transportation activities, equipment needs, and response to incoming client communications.
  • Regularly monitor inventory levels, manage the flow of equipment, and ensure the accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Perform monthly inventories and oversee equipment rotation.
  • Train, motivate, and manage staff within the Logistics Unit .
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, safety, and operational compliance in all logistics-related activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, aviation, food production, or a related industry.
  • Proficient in computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with multiple departments within the company.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
  • High level of self-organization and time management.
  • Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions.
  • A results-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain focus on the task at hand.
  • Self-motivated with a strong implementation focus.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred .
  • Flexible work schedule and availability to work across various shifts (night, weekends, holidays) .
