- Supervise the movement, distribution, and maintenance of equipment and supplies within L ogistics U nit .
- Ensure timely delivery and proper management of stock.
- Monitor the flow of goods to ensure they are distributed to the appropriate destinations and meet operational demands.
- Organize and track logistics operations, including route planning and inventory management, ensuring the quality and quantity of goods meet company standards.
- Work closely with team members to identify and resolve warehouse issues, ensuring smooth operations and efficient problem-solving.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Logistics Unit staff, including monitoring attendance, ensuring productivity, and making sure all tasks are completed as per the schedule.
- Facilitate smooth communication and coordination between the Logistics Unit and other departments, including transportation activities, equipment needs, and response to incoming client communications.
- Regularly monitor inventory levels, manage the flow of equipment, and ensure the accuracy of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Perform monthly inventories and oversee equipment rotation.
- Train, motivate, and manage staff within the Logistics Unit .
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, quality, safety, and operational compliance in all logistics-related activities.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, aviation, food production, or a related industry.
- Proficient in computer skills (especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with multiple departments within the company.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- High level of self-organization and time management.
- Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- A results-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain focus on the task at hand.
- Self-motivated with a strong implementation focus.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred .
- Flexible work schedule and availability to work across various shifts (night, weekends, holidays) .
